Double Your Impact on #GivingTuesday

Tomorrow, November 28th, IRF will celebrate #GivingTuesday, a national day of generosity. This year, we’re delighted to announce that your gift will go twice as far on #GivingTuesday, making a big impact for rhinos and other species that share their habitat. A very generous IRF donor has agreed to match every contribution you make, up to $15,000.

The world’s rhinos are in crisis, threatened by escalating poaching rates fueled by growing demand for rhino horn in China and Vietnam, as well as habitat destruction throughout Africa and Asia. Together, we can reverse this trend. Together, we can save rhinos.

With your help, we’ll fund rhino security patrols in Zimbabwe and sniffer dogs to track poachers in southern African rhino reserves. We’ll translocate Greater one-horned rhinos to create new, secure populations in India, fund Javan and Sumatran Rhino Protection Units in Indonesia, and purchase laboratory equipment to enhance veterinarians’ ability to care for rhinos at the Sumatran Rhino Sanctuary.

Join us and double your impact for rhinos and other endangered species.

How can you part of #TeamRhino on this important day? Here are a few simple ideas:

  • Make a gift on #GivingTuesday and double your impact.
  • Spread the word about rhinos on social media, using the #TeamRhino and #GivingTuesday hashtags.
  • Post photos or videos showing your support for rhino conservation, tagged with #TeamRhino and #GivingTuesday.
  • Tell five friends about the threats facing rhinos and why we need to save them.

With your support, we can save rhinos from extinction. Together, we can do great things.
